good gym, two saunas, convenient access to public transport

The lifts are unreliable, causing delays!!! Rooms need thorough cleaning, and housekeeping doesn't seem to respond adequately!!! Broken amenities only add to the frustration!!! It's disappointing for a hotel with this price point!!!

We had a fun trip to the nearby Silesian Culture and Recreation Park, where the kids loved the bike paths and we all enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The hotel staff was very accommodating with our dogs, which made our stay worry-free. The breakfast was quite enjoyable too!

The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. Loved the good beds, really made sleeping easier. One downside was the air conditioning didn’t seem to work, which was a bit of a bummer. Other than that, it was clean and had a nice vibe overall. Wish the bathroom had a bit more TLC though, some spots looked worn out.
